The NOAA Medford's weather station has a group of meteorologists gather together to discuss the weather details. They look over the computer models, trends and current conditions before they proceed with the forecasts. There are sometimes discussions about tweaking forecasts during the middle of the day to best suit the current conditions.

Discussions are usually updated each day at 2:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
